Dr. Scott W. Brown is a Professor of Educational Psychology at the Neag School of Education at the University of Connecticut. He has published three books/monographs on issues related to educational psychology, and published over 120 refereed journal articles and book chapters in the field of educational psychology, educational technology, learning and cognition. He has presented over 250 papers at professional conferences. He has been a visiting professor at Utah State University and Victoria University (Wellington, New Zealand). In over 25 years of service at the University of Connecticut he has held positions as the Director of the Teachers for a New Era project, Director of the Bureau of Educational Research and Service, and the department head for Educational Psychology. He has been awarded over $9 million in federal, state and private grants.
